urgent urgent wrong shipping method

Dear Rick,

Order 79887, I think is some misunderstanding. I have upgraded my shipment to Express mail (3-5days) through online chat of your staff Cary,and pay additional charge through pay pal Transaction ID #47S51992MS177703R. But i recieved the email update that they are shipping through Ups parcel that will take 3-4 weeks to recieve. I'm much appreciate that you can help to amend this because the items i'm order is X'mas gift.
