Best Software?

Does anyone know of a good program or software , shareware or freeware preferably for tracking league stats and running tournaments . We have just started a junior program in my town and i would like to be able to input the stats on a weekly basis with my laptop . Thanks

The only ones I know of is maybe getting in contact with a league operator with APA, TAP or BCA and they should have something.
